I still suggest buying the Ultimate Edition as it will be cheaper if you want to buy all the content that is available. You can still buy them from Bioware's website and register them to your Bioware/Origin account which also has your current game registered and you will have to download and install them from the website manually. However it is not posssible to buy them seperately on Steam. If you have the normal edition of Dragon Age: Origins but still want to buy the nine content packs seperately, you can do it here: Unfortunately it is not possible to acquire it officially in another way.
